Trauma Case replacing front upper and lower teeth

This gentleman had an accident where he fractured his upper and lower front teeth.

In one visit he had all fractured teeth removed , implants were placed , and a temporary prosthesis was delivered.

Patient final restorations were placed 5 months after the accident as it shows in the pictures below .
